Welcome to my portfolio. My name is Rudi, short for Rudaina. I am an instructional designer and eLearning developer from Fremont, California. I am a passionate, detail-oriented, and problem solver who uses creativity and design to help businesses grow. I have a proven ability to develop projects from inception through production to final delivery, ensuring that all work is effective, appropriate, and delivered within agreed timescales. I have exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills; dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.

As an Instructional designer & eLearning developer, I  specialize in designing and developing engaging and interactive courses using the latest Adult theories and design methodologies. In addition to using different authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Photoshop, and Camtasia to meet companies learning and skill acquisition goals.

In my spare time, I love to bake, read and walk. In addition, I love using my design and teaching skills to help many non-profit organizations.
